How HyperionX uses browser storage and optional technologies, and how you can control them.
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Scope of this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how HyperionX LLC uses cookies and similar browser technologies on the HyperionX website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. Cookies are small text files placed on a device; similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs, and device or browser identifiers.
Our consent control
When the consent banner is displayed, you can accept all optional categories, reject all non-essential categories, or make individual choices. HyperionX stores that decision in your browser under the local-storage key hyperionx_cookie_consent_v1, together with the date of your choice. This record is essential because it remembers and applies your privacy preferences. Optional tools are not loaded unless the corresponding choice is enabled.
Technology categories
Essential: technologies required to remember consent, deliver requested pages, secure the website, route forms, prevent abuse, and support basic operation. They cannot be disabled through our preference control.
Analytics: optional measurement technologies that may help us understand page traffic, performance, errors, and feature use. HyperionX does not currently load a separate analytics tag on this website; this category allows one only if it is configured later and you consent.
CRM and live chat: the optional Crisp chatbox used to communicate with support, preserve a conversation session, route messages, and help us respond to customer requests. The Crisp script is loaded only after you enable this category.
Marketing and attribution: HyperionX does not currently load third-party advertising pixels on this website. We will update this policy and provide any legally required choice before enabling them.
Crisp live chat
HyperionX uses Crisp as a customer-support and CRM service. If you enable CRM and live chat, your browser connects to Crisp and Crisp may process technical information and conversation data to operate and secure the chat. According to Crisp's official cookie documentation, its chatbox cookies use the crisp-client/* prefix, support messaging and session continuity, and generally expire after six months, with the period renewed when an existing visitor returns. Crisp controls its service and may update its technology; its official policy contains the current details.
Session technologies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent technologies remain until their stated expiration or until you delete them. The HyperionX consent record remains in local storage until it is cleared by you or the website. Third-party duration depends on the provider and may change; Crisp's currently stated duration is described above.
Manage or withdraw consent
You can reopen our preference banner below and change your choices at any time. Withdrawing consent applies to future optional loading. If a third-party tool was already loaded, refresh the page after saving the new choice. You can also delete cookies or site data through your browser. Blocking essential technology may prevent consent choices, forms, sign-in, security, or other requested functions from working correctly.
Browser signals
Browser settings, extensions, and device controls may block or delete cookies. Because there is not one universally accepted response to the legacy Do Not Track signal, our website does not respond to it as a separate instruction. We process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when required and applicable to technology used on the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technology, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy and update the date above. If a change requires new consent, we will request it before loading the affected optional technology.
