Crisp live chat

HyperionX uses Crisp as a customer-support and CRM service. If you enable CRM and live chat, your browser connects to Crisp and Crisp may process technical information and conversation data to operate and secure the chat. According to Crisp's official cookie documentation, its chatbox cookies use the crisp-client/* prefix, support messaging and session continuity, and generally expire after six months, with the period renewed when an existing visitor returns. Crisp controls its service and may update its technology; its official policy contains the current details.

How long technologies remain

Session technologies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent technologies remain until their stated expiration or until you delete them. The HyperionX consent record remains in local storage until it is cleared by you or the website.
