Trading & Platform RiskHyperionX Disclosures
Important information about HyperionX software, trading risk, Rion AI, automation, hypothetical results, third-party services, marketplace content, and digital assets.
Last updated: August 2, 2026
HyperionX is a software technology company
- HyperionX LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides software for charting, research, strategy development, validation, optimization, AI-assisted workflows, automation, and connections to third-party services.
- HyperionX is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, exchange, bank, clearing organization, custodian, tax adviser, legal adviser, or accounting adviser.
- HyperionX does not open brokerage accounts, accept customer trading deposits, hold customer funds or securities, clear or settle trades, or determine whether a financial product is appropriate for a user.
General trading risk
- Trading stocks, options, futures, security futures, foreign exchange, crypto assets, swaps, contracts for difference, event contracts, derivatives, margin products, and leveraged products involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone.
- You can lose some or all of your capital, and certain products or account structures can create losses greater than the amount deposited.
- Use only risk capital: funds you can afford to lose without jeopardizing your financial security, obligations, or lifestyle.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results. No strategy, indicator, trader, AI system, prediction, automation, or software feature can guarantee profits or prevent losses.
No investment, trading, legal, or tax advice
- Website content, Rion AI responses, indicators, alerts, predictions, scripts, strategies, examples, tutorials, marketplace listings, social posts, and support communications are provided for informational, educational, and software-use purposes only.
- Nothing provided by HyperionX is a recommendation, solicitation, personalized assessment, fiduciary service, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset, security, commodity interest, digital asset, strategy, or financial product.
- You are responsible for conducting independent research and consulting appropriately qualified financial, legal, tax, or other professional advisers when needed.
Rion AI, agents, and live-trading predictions
Regulatory context: The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has cautioned that AI cannot foresee the future or sudden market changes. A joint investor alert from the SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy, the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), and FINRA also warns that bad actors may use AI claims to promote fraudulent or unregistered investment platforms.
- Rion AI and other agents generate probabilistic, system-produced outputs that may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or based on incorrect assumptions or data.
- A Rion prediction is not knowledge of a future event. Markets can change without warning, and AI cannot reliably predict future prices, market conditions, executions, or returns.
- Premium models, agents, larger usage limits, or additional data do not eliminate model risk and do not guarantee better trading outcomes.
- Independently review every AI output before using it in research, simulation, automation, or live trading. Never rely on AI as the sole basis for a financial decision.
Automation, order execution, and copy trading
- Scripts, agents, strategy automation, copy trading, order helpers, broker connections, and local APIs can fail, disconnect, duplicate actions, miss actions, use stale information, or behave differently from what you intended.
- Market gaps, volatility, liquidity, slippage, fees, commissions, latency, rejected orders, partial fills, broker risk controls, exchange rules, outages, device failures, and network failures can materially affect execution and results.
- Copy trading does not make another trader or strategy suitable for you. Differences in balances, permissions, leverage, timing, instruments, prices, and account settings can produce materially different results.
- You must configure and monitor permissions, order sizes, leverage, allocation rules, stop conditions, connected accounts, and risk controls. Kill switches, limits, alerts, and safeguards can reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
- You are responsible for every order, position, strategy, copied action, and account event submitted through or influenced by your use of HyperionX.
Hypothetical, backtested, and simulated results
Regulatory context: National Futures Association (NFA) Compliance Rule 2-29 establishes disclosure requirements for NFA members and associates that use hypothetical performance results in promotional material. The cautions below reflect the same core limitations: hindsight, the absence of actual financial risk, and differences between simulated and live results.
- Backtests, Validator results, Optimizer results, chart replay, paper trading, simulated trading, hypothetical examples, and strategy comparisons do not represent actual trading unless clearly identified otherwise.
- Hypothetical results are commonly developed with hindsight and cannot fully account for financial risk, changing market conditions, liquidity, slippage, fees, latency, execution quality, order queues, rejected orders, partial fills, outages, or the pressure of risking real money.
- Optimization can overfit historical data. A strategy that performs well on selected data may fail on unseen data or in live markets.
- No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to a backtest, simulation, example, screenshot, testimonial, or hypothetical performance record.

NFA: Compliance Rule 2-29Brokers, exchanges, market data, and custody
- Connected brokers, exchanges, data providers, custodians, and other financial-service providers are independent third parties governed by their own agreements, permissions, fees, disclosures, and regulatory obligations.
- Specific brokerage-account, execution, margin, settlement, custody, deposit, withdrawal, and product-eligibility questions must be directed to the applicable provider.
- HyperionX does not control account approval, product access, market-data entitlements, margin requirements, liquidation rules, execution quality, custody, settlement, pricing, or third-party security practices.
- A connection, logo, listing, or technical integration does not by itself mean that HyperionX and the provider endorse, control, guarantee, or are legally affiliated with one another.
Market data and technology limitations
- Quotes, candles, order books, trades, news, analytics, indicators, and other data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, inaccurate, adjusted, unavailable, or different across providers.
- Software, APIs, local services, cloud services, devices, networks, models, databases, and integrations may be interrupted, degraded, changed, suspended, or discontinued.
- You must confirm critical market information and order status directly with the relevant broker, exchange, or authoritative source before taking action.
- HyperionX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, data accuracy, model accuracy, execution, recovery, or preservation of any workspace, script, strategy, setting, or record.
Creator Marketplace and third-party content
- Marketplace creators, vendors, publishers, linked websites, and third-party services are independent unless HyperionX expressly states otherwise.
- A marketplace listing, link, integration, review, rating, or availability through HyperionX is not an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or verification of profitability, safety, legality, accuracy, or suitability.
- Creators and vendors are responsible for their descriptions, claims, support, intellectual property, disclosures, and products. Users are responsible for evaluating third-party content before purchase, installation, connection, or use.
- Performance information supplied by a creator or vendor should be treated as hypothetical unless it is clearly identified and adequately substantiated as actual performance.
Digital assets and HPX-related materials
Regulatory context: The CFTC’s virtual-currency customer advisory identifies significant volatility, leverage, manipulation, platform, cybersecurity, and fraud risks in digital-asset markets and advises customers to understand products and platforms before committing funds.
- Digital assets can be highly volatile, illiquid, technically complex, vulnerable to fraud or theft, and subject to changing laws, market structure, platform availability, and technology risks.
- Materials describing HPX utility, platform access, discounts, rewards, staking concepts, governance concepts, exchange availability, or future functionality describe intended or potential ecosystem uses and are not guarantees of value, appreciation, liquidity, listing, yield, rewards, adoption, or continued availability.
- Nothing on the HyperionX website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a security, commodity interest, investment contract, or financial product. Users must independently determine the legal, tax, and regulatory treatment applicable to any digital asset in their jurisdiction.
Testimonials, ratings, and endorsements
- Testimonials, reviews, ratings, endorsements, and user statements reflect individual opinions or experiences and may not represent the experience of other users. Individual results vary.
- Testimonials do not guarantee trading performance, profitability, product availability, support outcomes, or future results.
- If a testimonial, affiliate, creator, or promoter receives compensation, access, discounts, referral commissions, or another material benefit, that relationship should be disclosed where the statement appears.
Social media and impersonation
- HyperionX social content is general information and is not personalized investment or trading advice. Likes, follows, replies, reposts, links, and guest content do not necessarily represent an endorsement.
- HyperionX will not ask you through an unsolicited social-media message to provide passwords, seed phrases, private keys, broker credentials, API secrets, or remote access to your device.
- Verify important communications through the official website and contact support@hyperionx.pro if you suspect impersonation, fraud, or an unauthorized account.
Regulated products and geographic eligibility
Regulatory context: The NFA provides an official Security Futures Risk Disclosure Statement describing the specialized characteristics and risks of security futures products. Users considering those products should review that statement and the disclosures provided by their broker.
- You must follow all local, state, provincial, national, and other applicable laws and regulations when accessing or using HyperionX software, features, APIs, integrations, and connected services.
- Some products, markets, data, brokers, exchanges, or features may be unavailable or restricted based on jurisdiction, residency, account status, professional classification, market-data permissions, or provider rules.
- You are responsible for confirming that your use of HyperionX and any connected trading activity is lawful and permitted for your location, account, broker, exchange, and product type.
- Security futures and other regulated products have specialized risks and may require additional disclosures, approvals, and account permissions.
Website information and limitation of responsibility
- The HyperionX website and related materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis for general information about the company and its software.
- Symbols, charts, orders, account values, screenshots, demonstrations, and examples may be illustrative, simulated, delayed, or selected to explain product functionality. They are not recommendations or promises of performance.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperionX disclaims responsibility for losses or damages arising from use of or reliance on website content, software outputs, third-party content, unavailable services, or trading decisions.
Questions and official contact
Questions about these disclosures or suspected impersonation should be sent to HyperionX Support. Brokerage-account, execution, custody, margin, deposit, withdrawal, and exchange-specific questions should be sent directly to the applicable broker, exchange, custodian, or service provider.
