Will followers receive identical fills?

No. Provider latency, liquidity, account state, partial fills, and venue rules can produce different prices and outcomes.

Is the copier a guaranteed risk control?

No. It remains Beta. Do not rely on its configuration fields to guarantee loss limits or prop-firm compliance; review the current documentation and monitor each account.
